OUR STORY

Our Founder, CEO, and Assessment Coordinator, Dr. Craig Kellogg, is passionate about maximizing ministry initiatives, spiritual giftings, and financial resources through organizational structure. Craig is a native of Dayton, Ohio, and was very active at Northridge Assembly of God throughout his youth. After graduating from Dayton Christian High School in 1987, Craig worked in the restaurant industry throughout his schooling and enjoyed racing cars. In 1989, he felt called to attend Evangel University and graduated with a major in Marketing, a minor in Management, and a concentration in Biblical Studies.

Craig was hired immediately as a manager with a national restaurant chain and was promoted rapidly to General Manager in Springfield, Missouri. Craig then transitioned to be a troubleshooter for the restaurant, going throughout the country to troubled units for 90-day increments, addressing the organizational structure of each unit while implementing the company's systems and procedures. Craig then served as a District Manager with a territory ranging from Toledo, Ohio, through Florence, Kentucky.

In 2005, Craig decided to make real estate a full-time career, beginning as an agent. Then, in 2014, Craig became an Ohio Real Estate broker and founded Agora Realty Group based in Centerville, Ohio. His wife Sandy is co-owner and oversees the daily operations with their Vice President of Operations. Craig is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio, Kentucky, and Missouri. Craig also independently consulted with various start-up restaurants and restaurants struggling with their operations during this period.

Craig is passionate about the role of small groups in church life. He has launched small group programs in several churches. He started an independent small men's group in 2010 that has grown to approximately 25 men who continue to share in fellowship, prayer, and the Word of God every Tuesday.

In 2019, Craig graduated with a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University, and in 2023, he completed his doctorate in strategic leadership at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.

Craig's life is enhanced by his wife, Sandy. He will joke that Sandy is older than him, but she will respond by pointing out the obvious: she looks younger than him. They have four beautiful daughters between them. Sandy raised Jamie (33), an insurance agent in Dayton, and Morgan (28), in pharmaceutical sales in Cincinnati, Ohio. Craig raised Laklyn (23), active in the Air Force and stationed in Mountain Home, Idaho, and Lauren (21), active in the Army National Guard in Washington D.C. Craig and Sandy live in Waynesville, Ohio. Craig & Sandy are involved at Newspring Church in Springboro, Ohio.

Craig's favorite hobby is cooking. He loves to cook for groups of people or just for himself and his wife. His specialty is steak and also creative dishes, especially on the grill. Craig also has a passion for cars. He has a heritage with Corvettes but has many other favorites. Driving them is his specialty.

Craig is funny and has a great sense of humor. He is very intense in business but makes people feel relaxed when coaching them to be on point. Craig has made his share of poor choices along his life journey, bringing him to the understanding that there is no room for shame in his relationship with Christ. Craig transparently shares his journey in his book titled; "Get Off the Fence”. His favorite scripture passages are Proverbs 3:5-6 and John 3:30, his daily prayer.
